first one is unfair to you as the red rose is worth 5 mid advents and their side only adds up to about 3.
second one is unfair to you as well. The sunjewel is worth 5 nons. The coontail and other pets don't fill the gap.

What would be a trade that's a liiiiiittle overpay (off-list) for 2 tier 7 advent dogs? And also for one?

a 7th tier advent is worth 7-8 '09 rares, so anything worth 8+ '09 rares and 16+ for two is considered overpay technically, if that's what you mean.

How many rares would be fair for a bad list pet?

first one is quite unfair to you. The Aussie is worth a non + Sorbet. If you want to convert the C$ into a blue rose/gray dragon, the first one adds up to a nonballoon + about a blue rose. That isn't even half of the aussie's value.
and I agree with the fact the second one adds up to roughly a sorbet.

If by "bad" you mean "worth less than others", advent tier 1 is worth the least. They're still worth 3-4 2009 rares.
