I'd sya both are unfair to you.
The joker bun can go for the UR Ice Cat or even the Lined Tribal. I'd say it's unfair. Maybe ask for a second opinion though?

I would pick the first bid for both because most of these bid one 2009 rare for each cat but this one bid a 2009 rare and a malk elemental cat (high demand)

personally i dont think this trade is fair, 2 2015 rares for 2017 unknowen rarity. i dont think so. but lets see what other people think

Yes, I believe it is fair. The 2012 store pet was bought with 20 C$, and with every year that passes raises its value by a little bit. Adding a little more than 1 C$ per year, because it's 2017, I believe that is a correct value.
