None of them are fair to you as you're overpaying by a lot however the one closest to fair is the second one but they will have to add around a low main list to fill the gap if I'm correct :3

Is this trade fair?

It looks fair to me, just the 12' uncommon would be fair rarity wise but most people aren't willing to trade a rare for just one uncommon

I agree with coffee
Sorbets go for fair trades or overpay, but the bunny on the second trade (which is the fairest of them all) goes for underpay, since bunnies typically do not have that great demand
