is this fair demand and rarity wise?

Demand is mostly a matter of personal opinion. Personally I paid a bit over a non dog for the raven. It doesn't mean you have to pay as much as I did, obviously, but personally that's how I value it. Also the line tribal has not got the best demand from what I've seen, neither does the blue rat
As for rarity it is obviously unfair to you

Okay so
Their pet is worth 2 late 2010 rares and they're asking for a 2010 rare and an 09 rare so you are overpaying. Replace the draft with a 2010 rare and you'll be good
Rats and drafts can be a bit hard to trade off though so that's probably why they're asking for overpay. Personally I'd take it as it is but if you care about the little difference you should edit to make it fair.

The first trade is better imo even with demand, the pps isn't really hard to trade? It depends what you ask for- obviously if you ask for a grey dragon no one will take it or if you ask for quantity advents. But I own one right now and before I locked my lists id get occasional offers. It should be easy to trade up with it too? It's a decent pet and it's demand is 100% guarantee not low. Personally I would take the blood pps because the most I've seen a hollyfox dog go for was a cake dog

From personal experience, the pal tess horse can fetch around 4-5 mid advents if you find the right people. Depending on how you value the husky set and TWA, it looks ok to me. The timber at maybe 2 mid advents and then the huskies at 2 mids together makes four and they have a list bun and basilisk (which have nice trading pools)
To me it looks ok if not overpay on their part (of course by rarity it's decent overpay for them)

It's very unfair to you. The lion on their side is worth a '10 rare, and the other pets don't come me close yo adding up to the rest of the pets on your side.
