i believe so just that alone would be overpay so the rest is overpay.

Unfair to them. The rat on their side isn't needed and you'd need to add a few '10 uncommons to make it fair. Your store pets aren't worth 09 rares yet (:

Valuing an uncommon as two commons and a rare as 4 uncommons
Your side is worth two 2015 rares. Their side is worth roughly one 2016 rare

what could I do to make it more fair? would removing one of the VC 12 pets bring it more to level?

The easiest way to make it fair would be to leave two 2016 commons+2017 uncommon+two 2017 commons on their side. That'd make it a 2017 rare
A 2013 very common is worth a 2017 rare. So one 2012 very common is worth the value of two 2017 rares
Personally I'd suggest not trading across such an age gap as most people don't really like it

Looks unfair to you. Their rat is a fair swap for the very rare dog on your side, but their store horse is only worth one early 2009 rare. The other pets on your side add up to much more than that.

Very unfair to you. The '11 store pet is worth at least an early '09 rare, but you could likely get more for it. The lion on their side is worth about 20C$.

I would say otherwise, all store pets have high demand, but i would say this particular set has the lowest. The lion they are offering his very high demand, also a 2011 store pet is worth an earl '09 rare, i would say the person trading you is overpaying demand wise and rarity wise

Even if the store pet doesn't have the best demand for a store pet it's decent, and the '09 dog on the top doesn't have any special demand. Plus even with good demand the lion isn't worth 40C$.
