Based on demand and rarities which are fair and which aren't?

So im here giving you the best opinion i have so bear with me

1. Rarity wise - This is a massive overpay, a 2013 store pet is only worth an late '09 rare.
Demand Wise: I would say this isn't so fair, the gingerbread dog dog does have okay demand but its not as good as a demand as a Zodiac dog

2. I would say they are overpaying, That '09 dog is arleady a fair enough swap for that green store pet, but the 2008 dog for that '12 store pet is a slight over pay since that store pet is only worth a mid '09 rare. The nick pet just make it a slight overpay

3. Okay, demand wise, bear with me, this isnt such a fair trade. Those elemental cloud cats have extremely high demand, and so do those sitting cats. In my opinon i wouldn't excapt #3 because that would be a really unfair demand wise on your part

Very unfair to you. The '11 store pet is worth at least an early '09 rare, but you could likely get more for it. The lion on their side is worth about 20C$.

This is unfair because the pets they want from you were both made 5 years ago, they were willing to give you a number of 2017 pets that don't match up to your pet's dates

sorry, I do not understand what you are trying to say? was it unfair to them? or to me? And I sent the trade, not them. They said it was unfair and that I could try again, but I'm not sure how to proceed because I don't know what made it unfair.
