i would accept the first one, because of the dates, but the demand may be different for both of them.
personally, i'd decline the second one. i think it's an overtrade on your side. it all depends on your perspective of the pets.

rarity wise, it's a perfect fair swap but demand wise I'm not really sure but I've heard the non-tag is supposedly harder to trade off. I recommend getting a second opinion though.

ive never had a ur phoenix personally, but ive heard its demand is a little less
than average. the ur bwolf doesnt have the best demand either, usually going
for a non, maybe 2 with patience. ive had a ur bwolf and it took me a while
to trade it off so you'll have to be quite patient. its all what youre willing to pay,

Rarity wise, unfair to them. Demand wise, I haven't had the UR bw but I've had the Phoenix and I ended up just swapping it like 1v1 for a UR Malk which me being me is terrible but ah well. I personally wouldn't take it because I've seen the bw in the past few days been offered for nons.

UR Aussie is worth a Non + Sorbet and Two Nonballoons don't even add up to the Sorbet part, very unfair to the UR Aussie. The Non balloons are a tier below the Green Toxic so it would take the Two Non Balloons and about two Red Roses to be worth two Green Toxics.

the spotted tribal is worth 2 sorbs and i dont think the other pets do much
to fill the gap between the joker bun, even with demand. the joker bun
also doesnt have the best demand either. hope this helps! :] have a nice day!
