Both are '17 items- the feather is from the Chinese New Year & the roses are from V-Day. However, neither option is fair- your items are older than theirs are. Your balloon and Sufganiyah are from '15, and the other three are from '16 (the drop is also an event token). Personally I'd value all of these items at about a very common to common of the year they were released from around the same time (Ex. an earlier common for the balloon), depending on the number each one was given out in. So they'd need to actually add or give you all six of theirs to make it far since that's about 3 '15 commons and '16 commons opposed to 3 '17s. Part of that would depend on your own personal value, but I wouldn't take either. I'd also recommend searching/asking on the item worth thread as well for values!
