Is this fair? If not, what side is overpaying? And by how much?

I like to value the newest store pets as all very rares, so that's what I think. Is it fair if it was very rare?

Whether the store pet is rare or VR doesn't matter, it's very unfair to you. It's worth a mid late '10 rare.

Not sure what the items are worth, but I know the new dragon store pets are still worth late '10 rares ^-^

I was hoping to get an opinion or two as to whether this is fair since I'm not the greatest with items. If it's not, then I would greatly appreciate knowing what would generally be fair for these three items.

The laurels and potion are from Valentines 2011, and the collar is from CS Birthday 2011. I've heard an '11 uncommon quoted for potions of the same set on the item thread, but I'm not sure if that's still true or not.
