Yes, they are. Ultimately they will end up being on the main list, but we haven’t gotten to placing them yet. It’s likely they will be up for debate soon after the omg so rare pets below the gap are moved up. ^^

It is way too early to even think about placing either of the new URs. They will not be placed for at least a year I think.
