But the dog has fairly nice demand.

I'd personally take it. The b-wolf is 3 tiers higher than the PPS. It's a good overpay ^^ Demand isn't always everything as any pet ( even fruit ) can be traded fairly with patience and trade edits. However when I was looking for trades in Auctions I see that the BW is offered many times and sometimes with a few added pets for the PPS. So it's really how you want to go about it. Here are some trades I found in auctions to help you decide on what you'd like to do.
