I personally haven't seen any special demand for the dragon. Baby hamsters are quite well-liked too.
Demand works together with supply -- if there are a lot of those pets (the dragon is only a recent uncommon), it's unlikely that they'll get a lot of overpay.

I wouldn't take the trade as you could probably find someone else to trade you that dragon fairly.

Brown Santa Cat is worth 6-7 Mixed 09 Rares. Scarf Dog is worth 3-4 Mixed 09 Rares.
So they are 3 '09 rares short. The warrior cat is worth two '09 rares (can fetch more with demand) and the rare dog is worth the 3 month rule.
By rarity, they are off by a 2010 rare. But with demand, the warrior cat could go for more. However, the brown santa cat goes for overpay and personally, i wouldn't accept unless they offer more since i don't recommend gambling on the demand of the Warrior Cat.
