The '12 VC is equal to a '14 C, and the '14 C is probably equal to a '17 UC. However, you have to think in the practicality of things too. When are you ever going to trade off the VC again? They're worth very little since they're easy to find, so I think it's a good trade since you'll get something you want for a pet that would otherwise just sit in a group c:

The CS side is overpay, a Non is worth 1040 c$. But the people tend to cancel C$-only trades, esp. when it comes to high Rares' list.

Even when the Skele PPS doesn't have the best demand, the demand of Purple Sleipnir and TWA is not that high to close the gap. I think a Blue Rose tier would be equal enough.
