I am definitely going to say unfair to them. Their side adds up to 39 '09 rares (the rose rat is worth 3 09 rares and the two 08s are worth 4 09 rares each). Your side is only worth 8 09 rares. Yes their side is purely rats which can have poor demand. But even with that it makes no difference in the fact that they are MASSIVELY overpaying.

Technically your UR bwolf is worth 3 nons and a purple toxic, though it usually goes for underpay because of a lack of demand. Even with that factor, this is very unfair to you because it takes a a UR flower + green toxic to equal 1 non. Your side doesn't add up to that because the gap between the nonballoon and a green toxic isn't filled completely by the sitting cats (it would take a blue rose). Also, the flower too goes for underpay.

A non-list 2008 VR is worth 2 09 rares + a '10 rare, not 4 09 rares. And one of the 08 rats in there is also an advent list. Either way, the rat side is still overpaying massively.
