2nd bid is best, I'd call it an auto considering how much higher a UR foal is than the red toxic, it's worth a purple toxic. I'm not so sure on the other ones, though. c:

rarity wise, just the horse would be overpay for the storepet, as its worth a mid 2010 rare. the two pets together on your side adds up to a mid 2009 rare.

im not too good with rarity math, but i think this is unfair to you.
the two 2016 commons add up to a 2016 rare, the two 2012 rares
add up to a 2011 rare. theyd need to add a bit, i think. take my
opinion with a grain of salt, though, because im only a rares list trader. ^^;
