I would not accept the second one at all. The sorb is slightly higher on the list and also has greater demand.
The first one has good C$, but I personally wouldn't trade a list off for C$ (much less a sorb), and the rest of their trade is worth a mid advent at most.

Seems quite unfair to the C$.
The DIY cake set is worth a sorbet, though it goes for overpay, but 5k C$ would be the value of a couple sunjewels :0

imo major overpay. Full DIY Cake set doesn't have a specific placing, I don't think. I've seen it vary from a nonballoon to a sorbet to etc. The sunjewel is worth 184o C$.

edit: items guide says "Value: Between Blue Balloon Dog and Green Toxic for a full set" but it varies as I've seen.
