The Evil PPS is a Tier 5 advent. Tier 5 advent = 5-6x 09 rares..
Some people say an 09 rare = 2x '10 rares, so technically if you think of them that way, this would be unfair to you and they'd need to add 2x '10 rares to their offer. It depends how you value 09 and '10 rares.

I have seen a Shima Longtail go for a tier 5 advent. The Emerald B-Wolf I believe is a tier 3 advent. I am not sure what the Shima goes for now... But the most I have seen, a tier 5 advent.
