I have to disagree here sorry, from what I've seen, BMDs go for around a balloon dog. Rerelease or not, the pets all have same value, just that some people like true dates more.

Your pet is a re-release '10 pet I believe, so I'd say it's fair as recent store pets are around a '10 rare as of now
