A while ago, I was bored and decided to flip to the last page of the free adoptions forum and saw the Lights on Lights off thread! I ended up reading it over, and now I realize it's probably starting soon! I now realize it's really popular ^^;
I decided to make a dressup for it, I'm not sure if this fits well though, i guess it's too light for halloween ^^? I went for a kind of angel theme, i guess? I tried making the background dark and spoopy but i thought it kinda ruined the vibe
any thoughts or critiques ^^?
