I've never had an Ice Cat before so I don't know anything about its' demand and all compared to a WWA. I know that it is above her in the list, but I just want to make sure it has decent demand. :3

This means it's unfair to them. Personally I think you can get 2 nons for the butterfly wolf if you put the effort in. So even with its low demand I say unfair to them. But it's up to you

Grevys zebra for BEG? Is it fair demand wise? What needs to be added?

The zebra is already massive overpay for the beg. At most the beg fetches a non, the zebra is worth three nons by itself can be easily traded for two nons.
