The Non and the UR Phoenix are equally fair and equally the best. It's sort of your decision.

UR Phoenix = 1 non + 1 sorbet, which is what they're asking for
Non = exact same as UR Phoenix, just without the Sorbet, which is what they're asking for

These two are the best, as their value adds up to a non for the UR Cinnamon Bun, so it is really up to you whether you want a non or the UR Phoenix. I think the UR Cinnamon Bun gets around a non, but it can go for more or less depending on who you are trading. I think you might be able to get a better offer, but I've just provided advice on the 5. The UR Phoenix also has good demand, so I would keep that in mind as well.

Fair, they're overpaying. The PPS Cocoon and the Flop Blood Dog are both Tier 5 Advents. However, I don't think the PPS Cocoon has great demand, so I personally wouldn't accept. However, if you are interested, the one '09 rare is slight overpay.
