This one is also extreme overpay on their side rarity-wise, but I'm not too good with demand, although I do believe the Phoenix has pretty decent demand.

If the bunny is from easter, about an 11 uncommon or two would be needed for the gap, but i guess a late 10 uncommon should be fine (:

I'd say it's fairly decent to me. The list pets are almost all in the gap, excluding the 2010 VR, the 2016 Flame Horse VR, the 2009 rare, and the store pet. Even though the CEG is higher on the gap-wise, they make up for it by adding the list pets. The 2010 VR is in Tier 5(Advent), 2016 Flame Horse Tier 1(Advent), and the rest are in the Gap. So, I'd say it's up to you, but demand wise for each of these pets besides the rose pps isn't the highest.

This is a good trade, but demand wise isn't the best, besides the purple pps lion. The two dogs in the gap are mainlists, however, they don't have a good demand, unlike the Raven dog. The 08' very rare isn't on the list, and the 13' very rare however is, but I haven't seen amazing demands for it. So, according to "The" Rares List, it's a good trade because of the two dogs in the gap, but demand wise, it isn't the best. I'm fairly sure you can get a bit better with the Raven dog, but I wouldn't cancel the trade just yet.
