They're overpaying demand wise based on what you value the Raven dog as. However, I personally wouldn't take it since people usually favor trading for quantity list. However, if you want the Raven Dog, it's not bad, since it can go for anything between a Sorbet to a non and sometimes even more. Again, I personally wouldn't take it, but it is lower than what I've seen it go for many times. Recently, I think its demand has been a little higher.

Fair. A '16 store pet goes for about a '10 rare. The lions have also been having good demand, so it is beneficial for you demand wise, too.

Rarity wise, they are overpaying. It's sort of up to you, whether you want to trade down from your rare. Normally, people don't tend to do that. I personally wouldn't, but they are overpaying so it is up to you.
