Is this fair demand/rarity wise?

Is this fair demand wise? I traded much more for it..

As for the first one, their side is much lower on the list than yours, so if you're not looking to trade down, I don't believe it is fair to you.

I disagree. I've seen the UR Zonkey go for more than a non. It has quite a large range at the moment, but on average, it goes for a little over a non. Its demand might drop after a while, but this is what I have seen. It depends on who you trade with, but you can't say that's unfair. It is a decent offer, and about fair to both sides.

The UR Peach goes for under a non, Raven dog can go from a sorbet to a non. You could probably fetch a lot if you traded the Raven dog to the right person. However, the UR Cat goes for 2 nons and 2 sorbets, so this is unfair to you. I think you could get more, and personally, I wouldn't accept it. The UR Cat has good demand as well.

The UR Phoenix goes for one non and one sorbet, which is basically half of the worth of the UR Cat. The UR Banana is worth 2 nons and a Sorbet, so rarity wise, this would be better for you. Not sure how much the Banana goes for with demand, but it's not great. I don't think I would take this one better, but you should probably get a third opinion. If you know how much the Banana goes for, you should be able to compare. Good luck!

Thanks! The first dog they offered is a main list, but they also included an advent so I am confused on how fair it is. Second Opinions?
