not if you don't like the pets they're offering. Sure it's overpay but you should never feel obliged to take a trade if you dislike the offer.

I can't answer for the last one (since it's mine) but I'll try to help with the others:

1 - I would say no. The Cinnabon seems to get around the worth of the UR Phoenix on its own, and they're asking for a Sorbet as well. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me!
2 - The butterfly wolf is from 2009, and the pup the person is offering is the Timberwolf, from tier 9 of the Advent list. The trade is overpay on their end, since the Timberwolf tier is supposed to go for 8-9 2009 rares and they only want 7. It depends on if you're looking to trade on to the list or not. I would say it's a good offer if you're looking to trade up.
3 - Not at all. The Cinnabon will be on the Main List somewhere (all URs are) and the don't offer above a high Advent. The Zodiacs and July Lioness are nice, but don't equal the worth of the Cinnabon.

I disagree with the Cinnabon's demand range.
Haven't seen too many offers with the Phoenix for the Cinnamon. It's current range is around a Sorbet-Non. Depending on where you value the Bun it could be considered fair.
