1. Pet wise, no. Not sure about the items. Ask for another opinion for this one.
2. 10C$ is about a 2011 rare at most. A 2011 rare combined with the other pets aren't enough value to be fair for a 2009 rare.
3. They are only offering the worth of about a 2014 rare so it's unfair.

I personally wouldn't do it. List wise it's overpay but the pineapple has bad demand and rarely goes for fair trades.
