I have been through the archives and there are many rats that could fit your description. maybe add a photo?

Knowing that, a 2009 VR + a 2009 R/VR = the 2008 VR rat.

Also I agree, it very rarily goes for fair trade and will most likely go for underpay because all bunnies (Except the skelebun) have bad demand.

A 2014/2013 store pet would be worth a mid '09 rare, so it would only grab either one mid or two late '09s.
