Personally I'd say no, it's not fair. As far as I know that Peach is in demand and bulk store pets and some 2016/2015 rares aren't worth it.
You could definitely get some lists out of that.

Second opinion? The X-PPS is a low Mainslist, trying to see if all the extra make up to the gap.

Nope, it's not fair at all. The low mainlist wont make up for the demand and possible gap of the peach.

Trade 1 is the best, I paid that Plus a UR for my Zonkie
Trade 2 looks okay, but I'm not sure how zebras demand is lately
Trade 3 I don't know how to answer because they both have great demand

1: Can't really say because I've seen them go for more or less or whatnot, The new URs aren't easy to determine worth for at this time
2: A balloon dog, Sorbet and dog tag. It seems pretty fair to me because the dog tag is about two to three tiers lower than the zebra and the sorbet and balloon should make up for the gap. Not sure about the demand for the zebra, I've heard it doesn't have great demand but I do know sorbets and balloon dogs have decent demand. Please get a second opinion.
3: An eat me is on the lower September list but it has decent demand, and the Raven is on the seventh tier of the advent but it also has great demand. I'd say that the eat me is overpaying, but not by much. Please get a seconding opinion.

Edit: the spiderwing bwolf and the blue snowflake wolf end on the same tier (Advent tier 1) and the yellow punk dog lands on the fifth Advent tier while the sunbun lands on the September list (it is equal to a blue rose) I don't know the demand if the bunny but I do know that punk dogs have pretty fair demand along with the blue scarf. I do believe that it would be a slight overpay on the Bunny's part though (September List + Tier 1 Advent list doesn't = tier one Advent list + tier 5 Advent list) that is my logic but I would recommend a seconding opinion! I don't know the demand of these pets well and am just going off the list ^^

Unfair to them, their dog is a low September list and your side doesn't even come close to being worth an Advent list.
