Trade two is really good, the zebras are really hard to trade off in my experience. I personally would accept that:)
However I am unsure of the demand of the other two

Even though I would go for the one offering the zonkey, the zonkey had huge demand!

The Zonkey's value is open to question right now, it's really up to how you value it compared to the Raven. Though I personally value the Zonkey higher then the Eat Me in the other trade.

Trade 1 is the best, I paid that Plus a UR for my Zonkie
Trade 2 looks okay, but I'm not sure how zebras demand is lately
Trade 3 I don't know how to answer because they both have great demand

Personally I'd say no, it's not fair. As far as I know that Peach is in demand and bulk store pets and some 2016/2015 rares aren't worth it.
You could definitely get some lists out of that.

Second opinion? The X-PPS is a low Mainslist, trying to see if all the extra make up to the gap.
