Unfair to the zonkey, depending on where you value the raven. The zonkey is still going for over a sorbet, so I'd consider it unfair to the new UR with its current demand

Personally I'd say no, it's not fair. As far as I know that Peach is in demand and bulk store pets and some 2016/2015 rares aren't worth it.
You could definitely get some lists out of that.

Since the gap between a sorbet and the tier directly below is a Dark Leopard (top September), what would the gap between a sorbet and an UR dog be? With demand and without demand, if possible ^^

I'm assuming you mean the 09 ur dog. so the gap between the ur butter bun and tier below
is a red rose PPS. so dark leopard + rose PPS adds up to roughly a rainbow mane horse.
It's very difficult to comment on demand in terms of gaps, sorry.

I was using the name UR Dog because that is what it is named on the rares list; sorry if that caused confusion. Anyway, yes, that kinda confirms my thinking on rarity, but demand...
How about this: I'm pretty sure the UR Dog has low or lower demand? So how much would they have to add (if any; could be wrong) to make up for that?
