This is fair. They are offering 2 ''16 store pets, which are both worth an '09 rare, and they also added a '10 very rare, I'd say it's overpay. Could get a second opinion though.

The pet you have is a Purple Star Bobtail, an advent list pet on the 7th tier, which can go for roughly 7-8 '09 rares. Do not accept that trade.

Considering how that exact amount of C$ could buy you a UR Flower (that is, if you're lucky enough, since the demand behind the C$ is horrible) plus the VRs are enough to close the gap in C$. However, that is still unfair to you demand wise given the fact that the UR "cinnamon rolls" are currently in very high demand. C$ always had terrible demand.

Rarity wise? Seems kind of alright.
Demand wise? Depending on how much people are paying for UR cinnamon rolls, unfair to you.

They have C$543, which is enough to buy yourself a Rainbow Mane (not counting demand), therefore making the other pets/items added very irrelevant as they do not add to the value of the trade itself by any means nor in the slightest. Even then, the trade is still unfair to you considering how the Nonballoon itself is worth $620. Also accounting in the fact you can still get more than that for a Nonballoon, as I'd say the pet has decent demand.

TL;DR - Unfair to you by C$77, and extremely unfair to you demand wise.

Rarity wise, I believe it would be good enough to cover the gap between the Skull Rat and Grey Dragon (assuming that's one of the things he could grow into). It's an overpay for a White Dragon. Extremely unfair for a Blue Malk Dragon PPS.
HOWEVER, the both of those pets can earn way more demand wise, since they're actually kind of high up when it comes to demand. You could earn a lot with the either of them, especially if it's the Blue Malk Dragon PPS. I highly recommend not accepting that trade.

Overpay. Since the Purple Star Bobtail doesn't have any special demand behind it, said pet going for C$80, it's an overpay by C$20. I don't think you could get much for the Bobtail either, unless if you trade down or attempt to swap it for something else. It's safe to accept it, although I personally wouldn't.

Rarity wise, the UR Grapes are worth the same as a Sorbet (any color), not entirely sure about demand wise, though.
I believe that trade nearly adds up to a pet on the 7th tier on the September List (roughly), which is still definitely not enough for the UR Grapes. The pet itself may have bad demand, but it can still go for slightly more than that.
