So just the horse and a cheetah plus a little would be fine for your side, or an 09 rare and 2010 rare would make up the gap

curious if this is fair ,

Rarity wise I believe it's unfair to the speckled rat, however I'm unsure on how much it's fetching these days with demand so I can't tell you how much of a gap there is in that department.

I'm usually fairly good with item trades but can someone help me with the fairness of this one?

The mermaid set is worth a '12 uncommon. They're overpaying with the '12 common alone for your '16 advent pets.

The two 2012 uncommons cover your 2012 and the items, but the commons are overpay for your advent pets
I would remove the 2012 common and replace it with something from 2016 ^^

unfair to you by rarity. Their pet is worth around 6 mid 09 rares, your side adds up to about 8.5 09 rares worth. However a lot of people don't like trading off list, and some of your pets have lower demand
