I prefer edited mouths on dogs in general. I'm not actually too fond of the default/normal dog mouths ^^;;

They've always.. confused me I guess?

Like what is it doing? Why does the line go all the way up to the eyes and then curve down again?

I went in paint and chopped off the curved bit at the top and it made that dog a whole bunch cuter in my eyes haha. I'd post it but we're not supposed to edit pets and post them I believe.

Yeeeah, I agree XD I've gotten used to them though.

But we have some beautiful pets today! I am loving this 2nd gen litter with all the swirls and gradients and circlet patterns ^u^ I can't wait for this little one to grow!

American Curl cats!

They're intended to have ears like American curls, yes. ^^ All my reference images were also fluffy, but I didn't want to have a super edited litter for regular monthly pets. So, they're only somewhat based on real cat patterns.

ok i can't believe im saying this but
the rats are probably my most favorite pets this month ??? like dont get me wrong, i love the cats and the 2nd gen dogs are adorable, but the rats' designs are well thought out and the color schemes look so good together aaah

Eeep, I haven't checked CS in a little while because I'm on vacation, but these monthlies are amaaaazing! The cats are adorable- I was a bit unsure about the ears when I saw the juveniles, but they're so cute! And the 2nd gens are gorgeous, and the rats are pretty, *and* I love what I'm seeing from the horses so far! ^^"

I agree. I actually don't mind the rat lineart, especially with the cute designs we've had in the past! (and I feel like artists are really making an effort this year to make cuter rats, since so many people hate them :c )
