Each store pet is worth a late 2010 rare. They are offering about the worth of a 2009 rare + a 2012 rare so only worth two of your store pets + a bit more.
Though, i personally wouldn't accept because rats have low demand, so unless you're collecting or like them, i have no say in demand.

Personally i wouldn't accept b/c I love dragons and is stingy when trading with dragons. If valuing the dragon as a common, then it would be unfair by about 2 2016 commons. Each item is worth about a 2016 common/uncommon (depending on you).

C$ alone is overpay by 20C$. Everyone has a different rating scale. Personally, i'd rate it a 8/10 b/c I love C$ & they are overpaying. The only thing I don't like is the rare draft horse. Also, the bunny doesn't have too much of a good demand.

Unfair. The malk element is a 2009 rare worth the 3 month rule + a few extra 2009 rares of overpay.
The store pet is worth a mid-late 2009 rare if you demand. So depending on how much overpay you want, you add a x amount of 2009 rares.

The c$ itself is already a fair deal, adding 09 and a store pet make it an even better deal Id rate a 9/10
