You're oevrtrading, on both. They need to add alot is your store pets have good demand and as they're store pets, they're already worth quite a hefty amount of pets

On both trade the other person needs to add. For trade 1 they need to add atleast 3 mid 15 or 2 late 14 store pets and for trade 2 they need to add around 1 '10 rare

Please don't give false advice. In the first trade, it's unfair to you. They need to add about 10 C$. The second trade is fair rarity wise, but demand wise, you're better off with the butterfly wolf.

Oh sorry, In my opinion thats what I think but they can have a 2nd opinion

No, each of the backgrounds are worth about a '13 common-uncommon. In the current trade, they're asking for a '13 common for each (1 '16 rare = '13 common). Looks perfectly fair to me.

Unfair to you by a lot- yours is a tier 7 advent if I remember correctly. I have the same pet.
