Which would be fairest?

I'd say the offer with the Coontail is the fairest out of them all. Even though it's an overpay on your side by 2 sorbets the demand of the Aussie would level it to where it's fair.
The other offer doesn't exactly add to to the Non even with demand. The BA is currently going for a sorbet and the other advents don't make up the gap with demand included.

Unfair to you. The Horse is a tier higher than the rat. TBH i believe the Horse has a bit more demand than the rat and a bit easier to trade off.

Unfair to them. The Red Fronted is worth 6-7 '09 rares while they are offering more than the worth. But i will be honest it is very difficult to trade back on the list so i wouldn't recommend it.

A store pet's rarity doesn't play into the worth of it, so the baby cheetah is still worth a late '10 rare. I believe the 2010 dog is a VR, so the 2010 VR = the store cheetah + 2010 rare dog.
