Hi! im hosting an auction for my red toxic and got 2 quantity bids. Which would be the fairest, demand/list wise, and should I accept it? Thanks for any help with these!

I would go with Number 1 as there for they have 2 list pets and good items, but just in case look for a different opinion :D

Very unfair to them, their pps is a tier 1 advent. you'd need to add 1-2 more 09 rares to make it fair to them.
