Should I accept an UR Pickle for my BA?
What I'm really trying to do is swap the BA for a yellow toxic, but maybe I could potentially get more for the pickle? Or has its demand crashed completely? Last time I heard anything about it it could at least go for a non with some time and effort.

I wouldn't, pickles are very hard to trade, since most people dont want a low demand pet for it. If you wait long enough, and suggest trades with other people. you could receive a non or so for it.
