That's a really good offer to consider. I've noticed the demand is slowly declining for the Raven but who knows if it will spike up again. The Raven can go for a Non but i'm noticing less and less offers with that.

I agree. The raven still has good demand, although it's been slowly reducing. I would personally take it, considering most people would only really pay a sorbet

I'd say it's a little unfair to you yet - they should add something in the area of a late 2010-early 2011 uncommon to their side and then it'd be fine. :)

Maybe just a little unfair to your side, maybe just an older pet on their side, from 2012-2010, maybe an uncommon or rare, and that would even it out.
