i'd say it's pretty much fair.
your walkman is worth 8c$. i would value their free store items as something like 0.25c$ each for the paint/eyelids, and 0.5-1c$ for the backgrounds due to their demand; their wig is from christmas '12 so i'd value it at maybe 3-4c$,as wigs generally have good demand too; and i'd value the blades of grass at 0.25-0.5c$ each, as even though they're recent, grass/scenery items are also fairly sought after. so overall i'd say their side is worth something like 7-9c$. c:

The re-releases are worth the exact same. Some people prefer the originals, and the re-realeases most,y go for slight underpay. A 2013 store pet is worth about 30-35 C$ and the dog is a tier 7 advent list. The dog is worth 85C$.
