Its overpay list wise but the aussie's demand is horrible and you would probably have a hard time getting quantity back.

I'm sorry but I don't believe the aussie has "horrible demand" like rats or pink Sept it actually often goes for fair trades without too much of a hassle

Your side is worth like a rose pps so they are overpaying a lot
IF you value quantity in a certain way like I do you might not want ro accept trading off so much quantity at once though.

How's this item trade? 33 items total; penguin plush is from 2011, chair and dog lights are from 2014, and the rest are from 2015.

i reckon with all that you could get around a 2011-2013 rare (more if they collect items!) or a few 2010-2011 uncommons

In my experience I more often find users specifically looking for/willing to pay a bit extra for the cookie but both are good. :)

Unfair to them - you'd need to add roughly an early 2011 rare or so to your side. :)
