This is a Tier 1 Advent (I guess it is a Lilac Bun, right ?), so it is worth around 3-4 Mixed 09 Rares (written here : viewtopic.php?f=20&t=112366&start=30)

Concerning the bunny's demand, I guess it is pretty low (or medium at most).

So I would say the rare pets side is overpaying. I think ^^' (Don't hesitate to ask for more opinions)

However lot of people don't like to trade list pets for non-list pets. So it depends what are your priorities, I guess ^^

The dark wood dog definitely has consistent demand.
