i think (and correct me if i'm wrong) that the very rough estimate is 2-3 VC = 1 C, 2-3 C = 1 UC, and 2-3 UC = 1 R. of course, it's difficult to pin point the exact conversion due to factoring in demand/species/etc.
using that, they'd both be unfair to you
