For the second one, they're overpaying. Rarity wise they're overpaying a bit. Keep the 2 store pets and remove the rest and it will be more or less fair. However one store pet alone can get an '09 rare or more so they're still overpaying.

This is incorrect. It depends on the store pet. A store pet from this year is only worth about a late 2010. Only store pets 2013-2011 are worth a '09 rare.

Sorry ;-; Yes you are correct, but wht I meant to say was the drmand of the store pet can easily fetch an '09 rare or more, even if it's only worth a late '10 rare.
And some 2011 store pets are list pets now so they're worth a lot more than just an '09 rare

Very unfair to you. The dragon cat pps is worth an early '10 rare, though I understand demand is high. If you're okay with overpaying, I'd keep in the '09, '10, and '12 rares and take out the rest.

They're overpaying a bit. The 3 store pets alone would be fair, but because of the demand of store pets, they usually go for a bit more than what they're worth.
