advent trading!

i've offered a tier 3 peppermint bun and mixed rares on a tier 7 dark husky, but my trade partner is concerned about the demand difference. i assumed that the 'gaps list' took demand into account because most of tier 3 is buns and all of tier 7 is dogs?

but any advice would be very much appreciated!

Looks fair to me, the Huskies are worth 11 - 12 '09 rares as set.
Including demand, their side is worth about 13 - 14.
