Pretty sure first one is unfair to you. The uncommon warrior cats won't get as much overpay as rare ones, but they would still go for about an 09 rare each, so your side adds up to about 4 09 rares. Their side isn't even worth 3.
In the second one, they're overpaying slightly; their side doesn't need to have the item as the dogs are perfectly fair for each other.
