The Zodiac usually goes for an 09 Rare, plus a bit extra because they're popular.
The cheetah is worth about a 2010 rare, so the value of your side would add up to just about that of the Zodiac.

I would say its unfair, because even thought the mall has high demand, there isn't even a rare in sight. I would decline. I believe the deers have a high demand, but ask for a second opinion in case.
