Their pet is not a "cake dog" it two tiers below your 2 advents, on tier 5. The "nick cake dog". That is not in any way fair to you. Their side equals to one dog on yours.

Considering that the cheshire goes for advent list pets this is a really good offer. Their side is worth a low september list pet if you add up the value of the pets. The stuff they offered even has quite decent demand from what i have seen (:

I think you'd be more than fine if you took away everything but the 3 PPS dogs, and 6 "normal" rare dogs.
Even that would likely be overpaying.

I would definitely get a second opinion, though.

I'd say a bit unfair to them. Their side includes 4 store pets, and one 13' store with some decent demand. All those other pets are unnecessary
