Is this fair and about how much does this trade equal?

I'd say highly unfair to the C$ side because 400C$ roughly equals a rose pps which is a september list and none of the pets they are offering are lists. Store pets from this year are 20C$ each and older ones are worth slightly more. All in all, this isn't even worth 100C$.

this is not how C$ works, when paying for multiple pets you have to add up all their values together not convert them into list then work like that, that just doesn't work.
overall their side is worth about 295 C$ so yes this is unfair to you
edit: also, the rose pps is a main list, not a september list.
the september list is the adult red rose
