I'd go for it.

You could take off the 16 very common from your side so it is fair. But i personally wouldn't consider it unfair because of a very common.
The second trade is quite overpay on their end. I personally would take it (:

the store pet is worth a mid - late '10 rare, and the date gap is worth around a '11 uncommon
2/ pretty fair
the store pet is worth 30 - 35 c$

I'd go for it.

The first trade is unfair, the 2014 cat on your side is worth more than the bwolf and the hamster on theirs alone. The second trade is overpay on their part, one 2012 would be worth more than both those pups combined.

They are over trading a lot considering uour pet is an advent list, and their pet is a big gap list. Plus they added the lipn that a lot of people want.

Yup, its fair. Their uncommons alone add up to enough, so the extra pets are unneccesary overpay. The rare in question has no special demand.
